Lining of Pipes & fittings as per ASTM F1545 specifications

Raw material and component vendors include DuPont® , Symallit® ,Solvay®, Carbone Lorraine® and other internationally reputed companies.

Lining thickness is minimum 3mm for pipes, fittings and valves.

PTFE lined Pipes and fittings are provided with adequately higher lining thickness in case of heavy duty and vacuum service.

Injection / transfer molded fittings and valves are provided with locked lining for safety against vacuum.

Quality control checks are carried out at all stages of the manufacturing process on all raw materials and components. Material test certificates for major raw-materials provided.

All finished products are 100% tested with dimensional and visual check, hydro-test ,Electrostatic spark test, vacuum test and pneumatic test.
